RAPL Learning Academy

The Retail Adventures Pty Ltd. (Administrators Appointed) Learning Academy provides a range of options to help you settle into your new role, and when the time is right continue your progress in the organisation. The Learning Academy offers a range of blended learning opportunities including classroom, on-line and self paced learning to all team members that commence upon induction.

The Learning Academy Framework outlines a comprehensive range of training programs available in each of the major departments within Retail Adventures Pty Ltd. (Administrators Appointed) including Merchandise, Marketing, Human Resources, Property, Information Technology, Retail Operations and Finance. The opportunities are here for team members who are dedicated and passionate about being the best they can be, the options for your development are only limited by your hard work and commitment.

For eligible team members Retail Adventures Pty Ltd. (Administrators Appointed) offer nationally recognised qualifications/traineeships in partnership with Wodonga Institute of TAFE including:

School Based Traineeships
Certificate II Retail
Certificate III Retail
Certificate IV Retail
Diploma in Business

Emerging Leader Program

Store team members can be nominated to join the Emerging Leader program which will assist you to develop your skills to be appointed a Store Manager.

The Emerging Leader program is based on the Certificate III in Retail Management and will provide the training you need to be appointed to a Store Support Management role.

The Retail Adventures Pty Ltd. (Administrators Appointed) Learning Academy also offers a range of short courses that are tailored to job roles. More information about these programs can be accessed on SharePoint. All team members, regardless of their role or location, are able to participate in Learning and Development activities.
